Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about working with us

We are a self-owned apparel manufacturing factory integrating design, sampling, and full-scale production. We supply cross-border sellers and welcome on-site factory inspections or live workshop video tours.

Our regular monthly capacity is 300,000–400,000 units, with multiple assembly lines running simultaneously. We accept orders of all sizes, and can temporarily ramp up output during peak seasons to ensure on-time delivery.

Yes, we fully support OEM/ODM—customizable fabric, fit, print, hang tags, wash labels, and exclusive packaging. Original design services are also available.

There is no high MOQ for in-stock items. For custom orders, the baseline MOQ is 20 pcs per style. We also have a small-batch flexible production line specifically for sellers to test new styles.

Sampling takes 3–5 days for simple styles and up to 7 days for complex prints. Sampling fees are charged per style and are fully refundable once the corresponding bulk order is confirmed.

For long-term partners, flat-lay white-background photos are provided free of charge. Professional model photos and short videos are available for a fee—all optimized for Shopify, Shopyy, or other independent store platforms.

In-stock items ship within 48–72 hours. Standard custom bulk orders take 7–12 days, while complex or peak-season orders will have exact delivery timelines communicated in advance.

We accept T/T wire transfers, L/C, and Western Union. Flexible payment terms are negotiable for long-term regular clients, with compliant corporate foreign exchange settlement.

For bulk orders, we support sea, air, or rail freight to overseas warehouses. We also offer one-stop drop-shipping directly to end customers in Europe and the US, and can coordinate with your overseas warehouse consolidation.

Default packaging is neutral vacuum bags with no factory markings. Custom-branded poly mailers and hang tags are available, with discreet shipping options to avoid brand infringement concerns.

Shipping costs are borne by the client. We work with partner freight forwarders to offer competitive sea/air freight rates. For drop-shipping, per-unit shipping quotes are provided before order placement.

Yes, we offer DDP door-to-door shipping routes to Europe and the US, directly to your overseas warehouse. Duties and customs clearance are handled by our freight forwarder—no extra steps required from you.

We follow a four-stage quality inspection process: pre-production fabric inspection → in-production stitching checks → finished garment full inspection → final pre-shipment inspection. Our standard defect rate is below 0.3%, with free replacements provided for any excess beyond this ratio.

Please provide photo evidence of the issues within 7 days of receipt. After verification, we offer three options: free replacement, a refund for the defective pieces, or a credit toward your next order.

We provide color swatches for approval before each fabric batch; final production is tightly controlled against the approved swatch. Colorfastness and shrinkage rates meet European and US apparel import standards.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues once the fabric and fit have been approved by the client.

Clients are responsible for providing legally sourced original artwork or authorized brand designs. If infringement issues arise from materials supplied by the client (trademarks, patterns, etc.), liability falls on the client. However, we can assist in modifying designs to avoid potential infringement upon request.
